Comments and replies on our social media accounts are not moderated prior to posting, however we reserve the right to remove any material that:

- refers to CHA employees by name.

- is unlawful, harassing, abusive or threatening.
- is obscene, sexually suggestive or contains swearing.
- is racist, homophobic, ageist, sexist or perceived to be offensive to any group of individuals.
- is an infringement of intellectual property or copyright law.
- is in any other way deemed to be offensive or inappropriate for this page.
Repeated violation of these rules will result in your account being blocked from our social media accounts. In serious cases, we may report posts to the police.
Comments you make on social media will not affect or influence the service you receive from CHA.
CHA does not endorse or take responsibility for any material that may be reached through links posted on our social media accounts. When you follow a link, please note that you are leaving CHA accounts. CHA may share information about community groups on social media if it is appropriate to our audience and in keeping with the purpose of the account.
CHA does not guarantee that any information posted by individuals on our social media accounts is correct and disclaims any liability for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on this information.
Only CHA employees acting in their official capacity are authorised to administer our social media accounts.
CHA reserves the right to remove the comments function at any time if it is being abused.
