Competition terms and conditions:
The closing date for entries is 31 May 2020.
The prize consists of a return RIB boat trip from Cardiff Bay to Flat Holm, and a 2-night stay in the self catering Foghorn Cottage, for four people.
The prize is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and a cash alternative cannot be offered.
One competition entry per person.
In order to access the island, visitors need to be fit and physically able to climb 40 steps and walk on a shingle beach.
The prize is not suitable for pregnant women and people with back pain, neck pain or injuries that could be aggravated by sudden movements, due to the RIB boat travel.
Passengers on the RIB boat trip must be at least 1.1m tall, and able to reach the footrests and hold onto the safety bar in front of them throughout the trip.
The prize winners will need to take food supplies to the island for the trip.
Dogs are not permitted on the island.
Boat trips to Flat Holm are occasionally cancelled due to the weather. In the event of a cancellation, the trip will be rearranged.
