Speed restrictions on approach to Barrage Locks and Penarth Marina

A speed limit of ‘dead slow’ shall be observed by all vessels in the area in front of the barrage inner lock gates and Penarth Marina entrance.

All vessels are requested to maintain extra vigilance in this area due to the increased activities
