Cardiff Harbour Authority is committed to offering opportunities for groups to participate in our neighbourhood scheme, 'Right On Your Doorstep'.

It is a Harbour Authority funded scheme which allows local community groups to come and spend a morning in Cardiff Bay. The scheme has been operating since 2005 and previous trips have visited the Barrage, Welsh Assembly building, Wales Millennium Centre and Mermaid Quay.

Future programmes aim to include a walking tour of the Wetlands Reserve and an insight into the development of the International Sports Village.

 
Cardiff Institute for the Blind

The Harbour Authority also provides free boat trips, barrage tours and refreshments as well as coach transport to and from a specified pick up point. The trips run during the summer holidays each year and are pre-bookable.
