Sea Mist coming from the Bristol Channel

Swansea Coastguard broadcasts the Inshore Waters Forecast on Channel 73(10), after an announcement on Channel 16, at 0005, 0405, 0805, 1205, 1605, 2005 GMT.  Add one hour to these times during BST.

Navigation, gale and strong wind warnings are also broadcast at these times, as well as the Shipping Forecast twice a day - See below.

Cardiff Harbour Authority has its own weather stations that have proved very popular with those who use Cardiff Bay and the Severn Estuary.
